Braided Ribbons Coloring Project
Braided Ribbons Coloring ProjectWe designed these coloring projects to help your child discover how God weaves birth and adoptive family histories together to make him/her into a person with awesome potential. Learning to weave the braid is the life challenge of every adoptee and you can help your child by fostering openness and honesty about the birth history. Every time an adoptee learns something new about the birth history, whether pleasurable or painful, the braid grows in length and your child understands and appreciates his adoption on a deeper level. We offer both Christian and secular versions, depending on your needs. Make as many copies as you like and keep them as a treasure for the years to come. These drawings were inspired by Psalm 139:16b and we encourage you to read and discuss this with your child: “Every single day of my life was planned before any one of them ever came to be.”
